The vest is self-explanatory (prefer to have a Colt 1911 as well, but whatever), the teflon coated EMT pants seemed like a reasonably good choice as well as a pair of good hiking boots. North Cali has low population density and I can only surmise it has plenty of game as well to keep me off MREs all the time. A good guard dog, decent whiskey, generic 4x4 pickup, and the rest of inventory ought to be self-explanatory. Sidekick - Ellen Ripley is intelligent, resourceful, probably pretty easy to work with, and doesn't take shit. G36K with AG36 grenade launcher is lightweight and apparently has a red dot sight and 3x scope combo straight from the factory, in case I have to pop some scavenging mother fuckers after my food stash. Some tactical shotgun with plenty of readily available ammo for terminating the dead. Casino: What's the smoke for?

Like if I had to cross at an intersection by foot and zombies were unaware of me down the road I could pop smoke and run across without them seeing me. Far more remote and built to be more self sufficient than a prison. I was thinking about a prison because there is no way a zombie could get through the electric fences and barbed wire. Also prisons have huge kitchens with enough food to feed 1000s of people. All you would have to do it leave the prisoners in their cell for about a month with out feeding them and that prob is solved. The watch towers also provide good sniping positions. The prisons also have backup generators to run the electronics, such as the cameras you could use to monitor the perimeter. Also more important normal people can't get into it to fuck up your life. I guess so, although I can't remember seeing anyone getting bitten in most of the area that's covered by it in any zombie movie unless they were under a pile and fucked already.
